Ralph Grimes

Ralph Grimes came on board in April 2019. 
He and his wife Dede met in 1985 as “childhood sweethearts” and married in 1988. They have three amazing children, and two wonderful grandsons, a granddaughter and another grandson on the way! They also have two awesome son-in-laws. 

Ralph has a deep entrepreneurial spirit that was realized when he was only 19 years old and opened his first Mr. Jim's Pizza franchise. After opening/operating four locations, Ralph and Dede sold them.

Then they opened and operated a successful carpet cleaning business for 16 years that was sold in 2011.  

Ralph has been in the Financial Services industry for 15 years (starting part-time to get his licenses and training before transitioning full-time (once the carpet cleaning business sold) and has helped many families with their life insurance and investments.

Ralph co-teaches a men's class at church, is a member of the Mansfield Sunrise Rotary Club, and has served in both Mansfield and Kennedale Chamber of Commerce Ambassador programs, and is a past board member of the Kennedale Economic Development Corporation. 

Ralph & Dede love to take cruises with their family and spend the weekends hanging out by the pool, and tell the grandkids yes all the time!
